Personal data processing policy
This policy explains which personal data the Center processes when you use the website and its services. It follows the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the practice of the State Agency for Personal Data Protection (DPA / GAZPD).
Data holder

Legal grounds
Processing follows the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Constitution of the KR, and the Law of the KR on the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals. For a booking, the ground is your request and the need to fulfil it. For the Center’s public tasks, the ground is the functions of a state institution.
What data we process
When you book via Google Appointment or by phone/email: name, phone, email address, chosen resource and time, and the text of your request. For YouthLab, a child’s and a guardian’s details that you provide. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and time of access, to the extent the host may log.
Purposes
Confirming bookings and visits, granting access to rooms and equipment, answering requests, recording services provided, site safety, and performing the duties of a state institution. We do not use your data for advertising mail without separate consent.
Consent
By sending a booking, an email, or contact details for enrolment, you provide data voluntarily for that purpose. You may withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not undo processing already done and may make the service impossible.
Third parties and cross-border transfer
Booking via Google Appointment sends data to Google (appointment calendar). The site is hosted by Cloudflare; site content is stored in Sanity. These providers may process data outside the Kyrgyz Republic. That transfer is required for the site and booking to work. We do not sell personal data. KR authorities may receive data where the law requires it.
Cookies and logs
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run marketing analytics. The browser may store technical data needed to display pages. Contact lookups go to Sanity infrastructure. Maps open on third-party map services without sending your booking form.
Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the visit, service records, and possible claims, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention duty applies to a state institution.
Your rights
You may ask what data we process, obtain information about the processing, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to [email protected]. We respond within the time limits set by KR law.
Children’s data
YouthLab is for children and teenagers. A parent or legal guardian makes the booking. We do not collect children’s data through extra website forms beyond what the guardian provides when enrolling.

The current version is always on this page. The update date is at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version insofar as it covers use of the site.
