The library has operated since 1967 and combines a rich scientific-technical and patent collection with modern digital services. It now operates as part of the Innovation Center under the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the KR.
Patents, inventions, scientific-technical works, dissertations, and reference materials in both print and digital formats.
The Yordam system (since 2019) helps visitors quickly find books, build reading lists, and access patent descriptions.
Free: reading room, Wi-Fi, literature search, patent information consultations, and guided tours.
